Fleming College sits on the Traditional Territory of the Michi Sagiig Anishnaabe, governed by the Williams Treaty. We honour the land itself and the people who have stewarded it through the generations. Fleming College, in partnership with MDB Insight and Vicinity Jobs developed and tested a novel solution to document real-time changes in Indigenous labour markets that will help end users track and respond to labour market change.
